During the week from May 12 through May 9, 2013, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 318 calls for service.

There were 16 arrests, seven citations, 12 criminal papers served and 23 civil papers served.

Officers assisted other agencies 10 times, conducted 382 house checks, 458 church checks, 642 business checks and patrolled 8,130 miles.
