Did you know that originally, our St. Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary members wore yellow smocks when working in the hospital?

Later they learned that the American Hospital Association’s official uniform for nurses’ aides was a cherry red. This led to the peach smocks you see now and the name Cherry Smocks.

Honored for 1,250 hours of service were Marcie Mack, Mary Ann Plumley and Betty Robb.
