TUBA Christmas participants will arrive from many states. Some have a very short ride; they are students at Polk County High School (PCHS). The band director for the Cadet band is Cindy Gilbert. Look for them at the 15th anniversary concert on Dec. 1 at 1:30 p.m. at PCHS. The concert is free.
