Mountain Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, located on Hwy. 176 in Tryon, will begin having a lunch on the last Sunday of each month to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of congregation members within that month.
This Sunday, Sept. 30, services will begin at 10:30 a.m., and there will be a covered dish lunch after the service.
All are welcome to join church members and their new pastor, Larry Ronich, along with his wife, Kathy Wofford Ronich, for services and lunch.
