Donna Southworth and Helen Gillespie are working hard listing and pricing in preparation for the Women’s Fellowship Harvest Sale Silent Auction. The event is set for Sept. 16-30 in the fellowship hall of the Tryon Congregational Church on Melrose Ave. in Tryon.

Bidding opportunities for the public are Sunday, Sept. 16 from noon-2 p.m. and any other time through Sept. 30 during church hours when accompanied by a church member. Kiwanis members will also be welcome to bid at their Wednesday luncheons.
The silent auction will close at noon on Sept. 30.
Organizers said many fabulous items and services have been donated so far, with more to come before the auction begins.
All proceeds will go to community causes.
