Polk County Board of Commissioners Chair Ray Gasperson and Vice Chair Renée McDermott accept a plaque presented by the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners Risk Management Pools at the recent NCACC annual meeting. Polk was honored for being a “super member” of the Risk Management Pools in appreciation of Polk County’s participation in and support of the insurance pools for liability and property and for worker’s compensation.
