The American Legion Auxiliary of Tryon will have its next meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 10 a.m. at the legion hall.
Special guests will be the citizens the legion sent to Girls State from Polk County High School and also the citizen from Landrum High School the legion helped sponsor.
There will be refreshments.
The legion will also wrap up final details for their spaghetti supper on Saturday, Aug. 25.
