During the week of June 11 through June 14, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 206 service calls.
Officers issued two citations for possession of alcohol in the passenger area of a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor citation.
The sheriff’s office arrested eight individuals: one for driving while license revoked, one for burglary, one for vandalism, two for failure to appear in court, one for attempted breaking and entering, one in compliance with an order for arrest and one for a drug paraphernalia violation.
Officers completed 249 church checks and 505 business checks, took 15 incident reports, served four criminal papers, served 16 civil papers and patrolled 5,889 miles.
