Cartoon artist Steve Barr will be at the Landrum Library Tuesday, June 26,  at 11 a.m. to introduce the art of drawing cartoons to children who are rising first through rising fourth graders. Materials will be provided for those attending. Barr’s books, “1-2-3 Draw Cartoons,” are a favorite among young, aspiring artists.
