Grace Fowler Bley

Grace Fowler Bley, adored wife, mother and grandmother, transcended to heaven on June 6, 2012, preceded in death by her husband, William Bley; son, William Steven, and brother, Dewitt Fowler.
Surviving Grace are her beloved sister, Eileen Watson; her daughter, Connie Bley Palsgrove; a son-in-law, James Palsgrove Jr.; a niece, Patty Dankert, and her granddaughters, Kristen and Kathleen Palsgrove.
Grace was born on Feb. 12, 1921 and raised in Hamburg, N.Y. She was a long-term resident of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and spent her later years in Tryon, playing golf, bridge and attending church, where she sang in the choir. She spent time giving back to her community by teaching literacy and volunteering at St. Luke’s Hospital.

In celebration of her memory there will be a service on Friday, July 13 at the Congregational Church, 210 Melrose Ave. in Tryon.
