Donna Ruth Parker of Pea Ridge died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012.
Born in Polk County, she was the daughter of John Henry and Sarah Franklin.
A graduate of Polk Central High School, she was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and wife.
Surviving are her husband, Ronnie Carroll of Landrum; a son, Mark Roberts of Pea Ridge; a daughter, April Roberts of Landrum; three sisters, Mitzi Holt (Bobby) of Columbus, Tina Petteyjohn (Steve) of Mill Spring and Angela Moss (Jimmy) of Landrum; one brother, Wayne Franklin (Lisa) of Bryson City, N.C. Also surviving are three granddaughters and one grandson.
The family will receive friends Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 at Ulysses D. Miller Funeral Service in Rutherfordton, N.C. at 1 p.m. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. at the same location.
Burial will follow at Mill Spring First Baptist Church.
