Columbus man arrested on drug charges

The Columbus Police Department arrested a man on Friday, Dec. 2 on several drug charges related to marijuana and a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Thomas Michael Cunningham, 42, of East Mills Street, Columbus, was charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to police reports.
Columbus Police Chief Chris Beddingfield said Cunningham was arrested without incident following an investigation.
Cunningham was given a $22,000 bond and had a first court appearance on Monday, Dec. 5.
