advice to young entrepreneurs: Have a goal. Know your niche. Prepare by researching for knowledge and research some more. Be prepared with knowledge, finances and mental fortitude.

My first job: I grew up on a farm working on and operating heavy equipment at the ripe old age of 9. My first real job was in retail.
your role model (in business or in life generally): My mother taught me to never quit and to do what it took to get the job done right the first time. And never, never, never give up.
