Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, Aug. 31 with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 118 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are given as they appear in court records):
Sarah Elizabeth Bush was convicted of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Bush was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Shawn Marie Douglas was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Douglas was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Mary Margaret Finley was convicted of speeding 74 m.p.h. in a 65 m.p.h. zone. Finley was fined $30 and court costs.
Tremayne Sovensk Glenn was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Glenn was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Shannon Jolene Gragg was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Gragg was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Michael Justin Hellman was convicted of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Hellman was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Casey Richard Henning was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Henning was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Calvin Jake Hudson was convicted of two counts of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Hudson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Peter Andrew Jaehing was convicted of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Jaehing was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Phillip D. Lappin was convicted of speeding 64 mph in a 55 m.p.h. zone. Lappin was fined $30 and court costs.
Shannon Lou Leatherman was convicted of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Leatherman was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Eric Jeffrey McKeehan was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. McKeehan was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
Jeffrey Aaron Motola was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Motola was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Gerard Albert Petrik was convicted of speeding 74 m.p.h. in a 65 m.p.h. zone. Petrik was fined $30 and court costs.
Andrew Elliott Rector was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Rector was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Eil Stephen Roubaud was convicted of possession/consumption of beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Roubaud was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Kenneth Andre Stiltner was convicted of speeding 90 m.p.h. in a 65 m.p.h. zone. Stiltner was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $90 fine and court costs.
Michael Clinton Wright was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wright was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
