Ratcliffe recognized for mental health care in Polk County

Psychiatrist Robert R. Ratcliffe, MD, was recently honored as this year’s recipient of the Norman Boyer Award. Selected by the Polk County Menbtal Health Advisory Board, Dr. Ratcliffe was recognized for his contributions to the mental health and wellness of Polk County, where he has served as the director of the St. Luke’s Hospital Center for Behavioral Medicine for 15 years.
