Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 with Judge David K. Fox presiding, 110 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are printed as given in court results):
Rubin Thomas Foster was convicted of possession of an open container/consumption of alcohol in passenger area. Foster was fined $100 and court costs.
Lauren Eliz Hackelburg was convicted of level 4 driving while impaired. Hackelburg was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, 48 hours of community service, a $250 fine and court costs.
Carlotta Mari McKenzie was convicted of speeding 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. McKenzie was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $95 fine and court costs.
Lawrence J. Miller was convicted of common law uttering. Miller was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Joseph Anthony Owen was convicted of speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone. Owen was fined $40 and court costs.
Ernest Lee Pack Jr. was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Pack was fined $40 and court costs.
Isaac V. Rojas was convicted of speeding 64 mph in a 55 mph zone. Rojas was fined $40 and court costs.
Jonathan Lee Taylor was convicted of speeding 99 mph in a 65 mph zone. Taylor was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $99 fine and court costs.
Skyler Lyn Vogan was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Vogan was fined $40 and court costs.
Ryan Scarsella was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Scarsella was fined $80 and court costs.
