Fix up a special tailgate feast at this year’s Block House Steeplechase at FENCE and you might end up with more than just a satisfied appetite. The judging for the annual tailgate contest begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Categories include most elegant, best “country” tailgate, most unusual and Fresh Market judge’s pick. One first-place prize is given for each division and six prizes for runner-ups are given at the judge’s discretion.
