Lillie Myers of Landrum made the dean’s list with a 3.75 at N.C. State University for the fall 2010 semester. She is a 2010 graduate of Landrum High School.

Myers is double majoring in polymore chemistry and textile engineering and minoring in music for the viola. N.C. State is the only school in the region to still offer a textile engineering program and only accepts 1,200 students in its College of Textiles.
