The Saluda Center presents the photography of Arthur Pearsall for its March exhibit. A reception honoring Dr. Pearsall will be held Friday, March 11 from 5 – 6 p.m. at the Saluda Center.

While his profession for many years has been cosmetic dentistry, Pearsall says he is passionate about photography. This passion began over 40 years ago, printing black and white photographs for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He now owns a fully digital studio where he works with black and white photography, which he considers “a bit edgy.”

Pearsall’s current project, “Beard Proud Men,” is a collection of fine art photographs of bearded men from all walks of life in the North Carolina mountains.
