Mini-revival at St. Luke CME Church

St. Luke CME Church in Tryon will sponsor a mini-revival on Monday, Feb. 28 and Tuesday, March 1 at the church.
The speaker for this two-night event will be Derrell Levon Dean, the son of Jerry and Linda Dean of Williamston, S.C., and the grandson of Mrs. Mary Dirton of Greenville. He was raised in Fairfield United Methodist Church, where he began his calling in the ministry. He currently serves as an associate minister at Long Branch Baptist Church in Greenville and as assistant to the music department.
Music will be provided each night by local choirs. Service begins both nights at 7 p.m.
The church is located on Markham Road where Rev. Barbara Phillips is the pastor.
