The Mimosa Inn restaurant will re-open tomorrow, Feb. 12, after being closed since the New Year for vacations and painting. The restaurant offers casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere serving selected fresh food ingredients prepared on site along with popular choices of beer and wine.

Beth Troyer and Lydia Mullet have recently opened Frauline’s Estate Liquidation, offering liquidation services for liquidate for estates, retirements, downsizings, relocating, settlements and foreclosures.
The business, which is licensed and insured, offers evaluation, staging, marketing and conducting of estate sales in Polk, Rutherford, Spartanburg and Greenville counties. It handles all types of home contents, including furniture, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, housewares, linens, kitchenware, tools and more.
The process involves assessing the home, setting a date for the sale (at least seven days after contract signatures) and then sorting and researching the items that will be for sale.
Within a few days Troyer and Mullet will send out a flyer advertising what is available in your estate to trusted clients and will also advertise the sale in other ways. They then hold the sale, including a possible pre-sale Friday evening.

Troyer and her husband, Matt, own and operate Foothills Amish Furniture in Landrum, where she has experience decorating and staging furniture. For more than six years, she has worked closely with different species of wood and is knowledgeable about furniture types and values.
“I enjoy meeting new people and serving clients and customers with integrity and consider them my friends,” Troyer said. Troyer has two sons, Vincent (7 years old) and Dawson (5 years old).
Mullet lives in Landrum with her husband, Gary, daughter Delilah (11 years old) and son Garner (4 years old).
