Beneficial Foods is celebrating Heart Month by offering to the public free blood pressure checks from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5. Free heart healthy snacks will be available throughout the day.

Adawehi Institute and Beneficial Foods join many health organizations this month, such as the American Heart Association, the National Institutes of Health and the CDC, in raising public awareness of heart health.
