During a recent AFS holiday gathering the following students were present: Barbara Wegmann from Switzerland, currently a student a Hendersonville High School and hosted in Hendersonville; Sonia Dixon of Green Creek, a Polk County High school graduate and a returnee from Italy; Sandy (Yinghan) Ding from China, formerly hosted in Tryon; Keaton Nager of Tryon, a senior at Spartanburg Day School and a returnee from Switzerland; Sabrina Schulteiss from Switzerland, currently a student at Polk County High School and hosted in Green Creek; AFS volunteer Lone Krarup and Helen (Sihui) Lee from China, currently a student at Polk County High School and hosted in Green Creek.
