Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held on Dec. 15, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 117 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are as given in court records):
Samuel Emerson Britt was convicted of speeding 74 m.p.h. in a 65 m.p.h. zone. Britt was fined $20 and court costs.
Robert Lee Chatman Jr. was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Chatman was fined $50 and court costs.
Rhonda Sosbee Howell was convicted of second degree trespassing and injury to real property. Howell was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and $50 in restitution.
Taylor Hutcherson was convicted of driving while license revoked. Hutcherson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Christopher J. Lindsey was convicted of driving after consuming under age 21. Lindsey was sentenced to four months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Shannon Leigh Redmon was convicted of driving while license revoked. Redmon was fined $150 and court costs.
Keith Robert Revis, Jr. was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Revis was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for time served.
