Local subcontractors interested in submitted bids for construction of the new Polk Department of Social Services building are invited to meet the general contractors and obtain information at a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. in the commissioners meeting room of the Womack Building located at 40 Courthouse St., Columbus.
