After a field trip that included the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, the senior adult class of Pea Ridge Baptist Church (known as The Pea Ridge Ramblers) was motivated to make a contribution to the Hospice want list.

At Christmas 2009, instead of exchanging gifts, they contributed $75 for a lamp and then started collecting money each month to buy a patio set. In April 2010, they had collected $660 to buy the set.

Since starting this project, one class member, Mabel Page, and many acquaintances have benefited from this service. The class encourages other groups to make a contribution.
