On Thursday July 8, the Columbus Police Department arrested Taylor Judson Hutcherson, 22, of 206 Thorne Ave. in Columbus.

Hutcherson was charged with first degree kidnapping, second degree rape, three counts of second degree forcible sexual offense, eight counts of providing alcohol to minors, possession of a schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Thursday, July 8 at 10:40 p.m., officers from the Columbus Police Department responded to a residence on Thorne Ave. for a disturbance. During the course of the investigation, it was reported that an 18-year-old female had allegedly been sexually assaulted at an underage drinking party.

Hutcherson is being held in the Polk County Jail under a $250,000 bond. His court date has been set for August 11, 2010. &bsp;

Columbus police officials say the investigation is continuing and additional charges could be filed.
