Celebrities arrive Thursday at Bright’s Creek Pro-am

Numerous national celebrities will begin arriving in Mill Spring for a day of golf on Thursday.
The BMW Charity Pro-Am has announced the course rotations for the celebrities participating in this years tournament, which is co-hosted by Brights Creek Golf Club in Mill Spring.
On Thursday, visitors at the Pro-Am at Brights Creek will have a chance to see golf commentator and course designer Ben Wright, actor Gary Valentine (The King of Queens), actress Paula Trickey (The O.C.), former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart, former NFL wide receiver Sterling Sharpe, Apprentice winner Stefanie Schaeffer, CNN news anchor Rob Marciano and actor Thomas Gibson (Criminal Minds).
The list of celebrities coming to Brights Creek Friday and Saturday includes Kurt Russell, Branford Marsalis, Terry OQuinn, Dabo Swinney, Jerry Rice, and Joe Don Rooney.
A different group of celebrities will be on the course each day as they move between Brights Creek, Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg and Thornblade in Greer over the first three days of the tournament.
The final round on Sunday will be played at Thornblade. Only the 14 lowest scoring pro-amateur/pro-celebrity teams advance to play Sundays final round.
