Phillip B. Parker

Phillip B. Parker, 54, of Greenville, SC, loving husband of Michelle Altom Parker, entered into the presence of Jesus on February 22, 2010.

Born in Tryon, NC, he was a son of the late Brownlow and Eunice Staton Parker. Mr. Parker was an engineer in the electronics industry and a charter member of Living Praise Fellowship.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters: Tina Dragoun (Tim) of Greer, SC, Kari and Rebecca Parker, both of the home; a grandson, Tyler Dragoun; two sisters, Janice Parker Pierce (Floyd) of Tryon, Cynthia Parker Frohlich (Michael) of Landrum, SC; a sister-in-law, Elnora Wellsbocher Parker of Margate, Fl; and eight nieces and nephews: Shelia P. Newman (Mick), Dr. Michael Parker (Lannessa), Mitchell Parker, Patricia (Patty) P. Gorman, Teresia P. Underwood (John), Carole Pierce (Brian), Matthew Frohlich (Katherine)and Mitchell Frohlich (Leslie).

Phillip was predeceased by one sister, Myrtis Jane Parker; a brother, Brownlow Jackson (Jack) Parker; and a niece, Cynthia (Cindy) Parker Stanley (Mitchell).
