To the Editor:

Regarding Chocolate Drop road closed for safety, in the Tryon Daily Bulletin 3/23/10.

It appears mother nature is getting back at those who ravaged her million year old daughter, Chocolate Drop Mountain. LGI Land of Texas should face a class action lawsuit by all of the people who purchased lots on this ill advised fiasco. I foresee and hope not one lot will ever be improved. If built, these houses will give a whole new meaning to the term, mobile home. It would be wise to admit wrong, replant the trees and let mother nature get back to her work.

This reminds me of an old joke about subdivision land: My realtor called me with some good news today; its seems theyve discovered land on my lot in Florida.
