The Saluda Board of Commissioenrs will hold its annual retreat to consider issues facing the city on Saturday, March 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, March 7 from 1 p.m. until adjourned. The retreat will be held in the conference room upstairs at the Saluda Public Library.
