To the Editor:

We were so pleased with our local EMT on the night of Feb. 13.

The polite lady who answered our phone call told us they would be there within 10 minutes. It was less than that in spite of the fact they had to navigate our snowy, icy and very long lane.

Their expertise, professionalism and their courtesy were appreciated.
