Ida Hayes Clark, who faces accessory after the fact of first degree murder charges was not heard in superior court this week. Clark’s case was continued, but the date has not yet been set. Clark was charged after the body of her brother, Jay Clark, V, was found buried at her Columbus property. Trent Allen Miller plead guilty recently to murder charges and is serving time at the N.C. Department of Corrections.
