Polk commissioners are looking into drainage issues at the countys recreation complex in Mill Spring. Heavy rains have caused one ballfield to be un-useable. Commissioners discussed the problems with Stu Ryman of Altamont Engineering during a meeting Monday and asked Ryman to create a maintenance plan for the county and plans for correcting the issues.
