Two long awaited court cases appear on Mondays Polk County Superior Court docket. The case of Ida Hayes Clark, who was charged with accessory after the fact of first degree murder is on Mondays docket. She was charged along with Trent Allen Miller in her brother, Jay Clark, Vs murder in 2006. Miller plead guilty last year to murder.
