Polk County 4-H offers a free sewing program to young people each year by pairing a volunteer to each student (above) and providing sewing machines for use at the 4-H Center. Planning for the 2010 program is well underway only there is a need for more volunteer instructors. The program begins January 20 and runs through March 17, meeting every Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
