Tryon Tourism Office seeks volunteers

Published 3:53 pm Monday, December 21, 2009

Would you like to use your knowledge of Tryon and the surrounding area to help promote this part of the Carolina Foothills?

Whether your interests mirror Tryons artisan crafts tradition, its equestrian history or its emerging wine culture, the Tryon Travel and Tourism Office has a volunteer opportunity for you.

You can make a substantial difference in how others come to know the Carolina Foothills. As the area approaches its 125th anniversary, the Tourism Office asks that the public become forerunners on the tourism frontline.

Whether you have one hour or ten hours to give, the Tryon Tourism Office can use you.

Embrace the towns longstanding motto as the friendliest town in the South. And along the way, help area visitors better understand our most recent marketing phrase Nearly Perfect. Always Tryon.
