Little Mountain Pottery, the studio of Blue Ridge National Heritage Traditional Artist Claude Graves, will have a public kiln opening of the last firing of the year on Saturday, December 19 at 11 a.m.
The large stoneware kiln is fired about 20 times a year and represents weeks of work by the potter. Little Mountain Pottery is located six miles from Columbus at 6372 Peniel Rd.
