A lawsuit between the Town of Tryon and Citizens Against Forced Annexation over the town&squo;s involuntarily annexation of Gillette Woods, Country Club Road and Harmon Field areas is scheduled to be part of a special Polk County Superior Court session on Feb. 1. The lawsuit was earlier scheduled to begin on Monday, but because of other cases scheduled prior to Tryon&squo;s, Tryon&squo;s case was rescheduled, according to the clerk&squo;s office.
