Because the school&squo;s system saved approximately $17,000 on the Sunny View addition project, the county has the funds to place mobile recycling trailers at Polk County Middle School and Tryon Elementary School as well as the already planned Polk County High School. County commissioners approved purchases for the trailers and decals during a meeting held Monday.
