Frankie and Lisa Allen of Columbus announce the engagement of their daughter, Kylie Marie Allen of Columbus, to Jonathan Sloan Vanderford, son of Gene and Cindy Vanderford of Landrum.
Kylie is the grand-daughter of Bill and Frances Horton of Calhoun Falls, S.C. and the late Buddy and Georgia Allen of Greenwood, S.C. Jonathan is the grandson of Mack E. and June Vanderford of Union, S.C. and Beverly Sloan and the late Robert C. Sloan of Holly Springs, S.C.
Kylie is a science teacher at Chesnee High School in Chesnee, S.C. and Jonathan is the owner of Jonaco Landscaping, LLC.
A wedding is planned for 5 p.m. on December 19 at Holly Springs Baptist Church with a reception to follow at the Starlight Ballroom in Greer, S.C.
