Among the vitners who will be offering free tastings will be a local favorite, Green Creek Winery, as well as winemakers from as far away as Elkin, Laurel Springs and Boonville, N.C.

The Wine and Art Festival is a fundraiser in support of FENCE&39;s nature education and outdoor recreation programs.

The event will offer not only wine tastings but will celebrate as well the region&39;s arts and crafts heritage with displays and exhibits by Upstate and Foothills area artists and craftsmen, including Tryon&39;s own Elaine Pearsons and Roundhouse Pottery of Campobello.
