(photo by Leah Justice)Workers with Morton Builders construct a new commercial kitchen at the former Carolina Classical School getting ready to move the Meeting Place Senior Center into the building. Polk Commissioners are also addressing zoning text amendments to allow for part of the former school to house an adult daycare. The new senior recreational facility is scheduled to be finished renovations in the next several weeks.
