Two adult men had driven a four-wheeler from the main road to a remote location near the Green River to fish, according to police reports.

One of the men fell into the river and although the other man tried to save him, he was unable to revive him once he reached him.

The other man drove the four wheeler back out of the woods and located a residence on the main road and called for help. The sheriff&squo;s office says upon arrival of emergency personnel, the victim was already deceased.

The name of the victim and the friend are being withheld pending notification of the family.

An autopsy has been ordered by the coroner, sheriff officials say, and the sheriff&squo;s office should have preliminary autopsy results in a few days.
