He was the son of Billy Heffner and Debbie Bennett Heffner, both of Mill Spring, and husband of Cheyanne Williams Heffner. He is also survived by a brother, Shane Heffner of Sunny View, and a sister, Shawna Repasky of Mill Spring.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Coopers Gap Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in the church cemetery, conducted by Rev. Jerry Jackson.
