John Vining with the Polk County Courthouse Restoration Committee presents a check to Polk County Commissioner Chair Cindy Walker during a county meeting held in the courthouse Monday for $7,762 to go towards the recent courthouse renovation project. The money was used on four wooden panels to match the original and to partly pay for concrete pavers on the front walk of the courthouse.
