&bsp;Saluda&39;s Main Street was lined with arts and crafts and a variety of vendors Saturday for the city&39;s sixth annual arts and music festival. A record number of artists (65) from around the region registered for the event that took place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.&bsp; Visitors also enjoyed a variety of music performances throughout the day and into the evening on four separate stages.
