The Polk County Clerk of Court last week set court dates for Steven David Taylor, who escaped during Polk County Superior Court on March 11 and was recaptured in Polk County early last Friday morning. Taylor was granted a court appointed attorney last Friday. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8 on a charge of felony escape from local jail and on May 26 on previous habitual felon charges and a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon.
