Lovelace was apprehended Monday morning on foot by Polk County, Tryon and Columbus officers.
The sheriff&squo;s office was alerted by Rutherford County on Sunday night that Lovelace was said to be driving in the vicinity of Polk County looking possibly to break into vehicles in the Polk area, according to Capt. Chadd Murray.
&dquo; We were given a description of his vehicle and Columbus and Tryon Police Departments began a pursuit that later involved the sheriff&squo;s office,&dquo; Murray said.
