The Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce held its annual awards dinner Tuesday night at Stone Hedge Inn. Ellison Gillespie won the Skip Seaman Volunteer of the Year Award. Melissa LeRoy won the Business Person of the Year award, Charles Neff Jr. was inducted into the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame, and George Scofield posthumously was honored with the Outstanding Citizen of the Year award.
